Strawberry Mousse Tartlets
# The magic ingredient
# BASIL

Ingredients :

  • Tart cups - 4 nos
  • Gelatin - 10 gms
  • Fresh strawberries - 25 gms
  • Whip cream - 250 gms
  • Invictus basil -for sprinkle as garnish
  • Toasted almonds - 50 gms

Preparation

1. Melt the gelatin in warm water and strain.
2. Puree strawberries and whip the cream. Mix both well. Add gelatin stirring consistently.
3. Mix little invictus basil in mixture.
4. Pour the mixture in tartlets and set.
5. Garnish with small strawberries, ad coat with toasted almond flakes.
